Estimate

A mobile turnery (the MT) is designed for the full-cycle restoration of pipe connections:

  • Rethreading of oil and gas pipes according to GOST (API) and Premium pipes (diameters of processed pipes range from 60 to 508 mm);
  • All stages of restoration: recut, reface, rebevel;
  • Repair of subs and fitting pipes;
  • Shower-type zinc or manganese phosphating;
  • Make-up and break-out of pipes and couplings.

The MTC gives the opportunity to perform works directly at the fields or customer’s production facilities.

The MTC is delivered on site by motor vehicles or by helicopter.

  • Often the pipe cannot be transported due to poor weather or seasonal conditions (ban for transportation other than by winter roads, etc.), which is especially typical of Russian oil fields Usinsk, Pechora, Ukhta, Urengoy, Surgut, Yakutsk. In this case a mobile plant can be delivered to location by helicopter, which is significantly cheaper than the downtime of dozens of pipe trucks.
