Design features:

  • Compatible with a wide range of pipes from 60 to 550 mm without the replacement of rollers—the adjustment is carried out through adding or relocation of feeding rollers (highlighted in black);
  • Special design of the holder for fitting pipes protects from accidental tripping of the workpiece during feeding;
  • The feeder significantly boosts occupational safety in case of work with shortened workpieces—fitting pipes, subs;

Design features:

Mobile phosphating plant

Application of phosphating coatings onto threaded surfaces of pipe fittings and couplings

Coatings are applied onto inner threaded connections (coupling connections) by immersion, onto outer threaded connections, inner threaded connections (inserted joints) by spraying in a dismountable booth.

Welding station for welding radial structures

Application:

Function: welding of radial workpieces, both hollow and solid, by radial welding method, precision class—1.

Design features:

  • Positioning system allows for setting out the workpieces alignment precision up to 10 µm on the length of 8,000 mm;
  • Rotating table ensures the adjustment in 5 degrees of freedom (while standard solutions offer no more than 3 degrees of freedom), which makes it possible to obtain the ultra-precision alignment of welded goods;
  • The rail system provides the opportunity to adjust the length of the products;
  • The assemblies are located on a solid cast-iron master plate, providing the purity of less than 20 nm per 1 m2;
  • The station is convenient to use, low-maintenance, and designed for 2 operators. The lubrication system does not require special maintenance.
